I am the Director of Recruiting at First Source Team, where I handle lead-generation strategies, refine internal workflows, and evaluate new technologies to optimize client service. My top objective is to enhance our client’s journey through our process.
My professional career originated in sales, and I joined the family business, First Source Team, in 2021. I have automated many parts of our client service process, enabling us to assist more than 10,000 job seekers over the past four years. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Management Information Systems with a minor in Business Analytics, from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. I hold a series 65 license.
